I agree by signing up and paying for this course I will be provided the content described to the best of Juliette's ability within this technological platform. If there is a breakdown with delivery due to technical difficulties within the thinkific platform, Juliette will not be held liable and will make a reasonable attempt to send the course content via other electronic methods.

I recognize that as long as I receive this course, I am not entitled to a refund. Ensuring I have the technology to access the content is my responsibility. It is also my responsibility to learn how to navigate the thinkific platform and my own technology to access course content. Juliette will not help me learn to use my computer, laptop, phone or ipad to access the content she provides.

I acknowledge that I may contact Juliette Jarvis for a consultation session outside of this course should I find need for additional support in understanding and integrating course material. I am aware that consultations, sessions, or services provided by Juliette Jarvis are not a substitute for professional medical and mental care but they may be complementary to standard supports.
